Everest Interscience Model 6000.2L Vario-Therm Low-Temperature Field Focusable Temperature Sensor with Intra-Optical Light Sighting

The Vario-Therm Infrared Temperature Sensor (Model 6000.2L)  is a revolutionary fully self-contained infrared temperature sensor that is only 7/8” in Diameter and 2-1/2” in Length!  The Vario-Therm is a  low-temperature, non-contact  infrared temperature sensor measures temperatures from -40ºC to 100ºC or -40ºF to 212ºF with 0.1ºC or 0.1ºF resolution.  It has accuracy of ±0.5ºC or 1.0ºF.

Our TTL/SLR Intra-Optical Light Sighting (Patent No. 4,494,881) provides a visible light emitting diode that illuminates the EXACT Target AREA being measured.  The pattern of the detector in the infrared thermometer is projected on the target, providing a three-dimensional reading of the target.

The field of view is variable from 2º to 20º using our new Vario-Zooom (Patent No.  7,355,178) focusing feature.

The standard outputs for the Vario-Therm (Model 6000.2L) are 4-20 mA, 0-5 Volts or Analog Millivolt (10 mV/ºC).  Optional outputs are Type J or Type K Thermocouple.

The Response Time of the Vario-Therm  IR Temperature Sensor is 0.10 Second.  Emissivity compensation may be set from 0.1 to 0.98.
